Sharing a meeting

Click Share on any meeting page to generate a shareable link. Recap emails are also sent automatically based on Settings → Email notifications (default: Everyone on the invite).

🔒 To remove the share button across your account, turn on Hide sharing function under Settings → Login & security. This is useful for sensitive workspaces where notes shouldn't be re-shared.
