Echo's partner model lets you set your own pricing per customer:
Unit Cost Price β what Echo charges you per seat.
Unit Retail Price β what you charge your customer per seat.
The difference between the two is your margin. You set the retail price per customer, so you can price differently for each account.
Trials: Customers can be created on a trial product (e.g. SKU ECHO_TRIAL). Trial accounts carry trial fields such as is_trial_active, trial_start_date, and trial_end_date, so you can track when a trial converts to a paid plan.
