Custom branding

Brand the meeting bot your participants see.

Under Settings → Custom branding you can:

  • Set the Name of meeting bot (e.g. "Ben's Echo") that appears in the call.

  • Choose Admin branding — how your uploaded branding is applied:

    • Apply uploaded branding for all users in this workspace — your logo and bot branding are used across every teammate's meetings.

    • Only to me — the branding applies only to your own meetings.

  • Upload a custom logo (SVG/PNG/JPG/GIF, max 800×400px) shown on the notetaker's in-call card.

A live Preview shows how your branded notetaker appears to participants.

💡 Use Apply uploaded branding for all users in this workspace to keep a consistent brand across your whole team's calls.
