Adding and managing customers

Onboard customers and manage their seats.

The Customers tab is your main workspace. At the top you'll see two live counters: total Customers and Total seats across all of them.

To add a customer, click the + on the All Customers panel and provide their details. Each customer row shows:

Column

What it means

IT Admin

The admin email/account for that customer.

Status

The customer's current connection/account state.

Company

The customer's company name.

Product

The Echo product/SKU assigned.

Seats

Number of seats allocated to that customer.

Unit Cost Price

What that seat costs you (the partner). May show N/A if not set.

Unit Retail Price

What you charge the customer per seat.

Ref.ID

Your own reference identifier for the account.

Billing file

Download the billing file for that customer.

Options

The … menu for further actions (amend, offboard, etc.).

Use Search and the All Statuses filter to find customers quickly, and the chevron on a row to expand its details.
