Your first meeting: what to expect

Before: Echo appears as a participant (named after your custom bot name, e.g. "Ben's Echo") and shows a "Taking notes…" indicator so everyone knows the call is being recorded.

During: Echo records audio/video and transcribes in real time. You don't need to do anything.

After: Within a few minutes the meeting appears in Meetings and on your Dashboard feed with a summary, structured notes, timestamps, a transcript, and (where available) the video recording. An email recap is sent based on your notification settings.
