What is the Echo Partner Portal?

The Echo Partner Portal is a separate admin console for Echo partners and resellers, available at https://partner.meetecho.io/. It lets you sell Echo seats to your own customers at your own pricing, and even invite sub-partners who resell beneath you.

You're added as a partner by invitation. Once in, the left sidebar gives you five areas:

• Customers — the end accounts you sell Echo to.

• Partners — sub-partners you invite to resell beneath you.

• Team — teammates in your own partner workspace.

• API Integration — the Partner API for automating customer management.

• Support — raise and track support tickets with the Echo team.

💡 The Partner Portal is distinct from the main Echo app (app.meetecho.io). Your customers use the main app; you use the portal to manage and bill them.
