Echo didn't join my meeting

Check that:

• Your calendar is connected and the event has a video link Echo can see.

• Your Meeting bot rules include that meeting type.

• echo@meetecho.io is on the invite (for the email method).

• The meeting wasn't rescheduled after Echo was added.
