Auto-join rules (Meeting bot rules)

Under Settings → Meeting bot rules, set Meetings Echo will join to one of three options:

• Only when I invite echo@meetecho.io — Echo joins only the meetings where you've added echo@meetecho.io to the participant list. Nothing happens automatically; you're in full control per meeting.

• All meetings with a web-conference link (default) — Echo automatically joins every calendar event that has a video-conference link.

• Only meetings that I own — Echo automatically joins meetings you organize (where you're the host), and skips meetings created by others.

You can also set the spoken language here so transcripts and summaries are generated in that language.

💡 Pick Only meetings that I own if you want hands-off capture of your own calls without Echo showing up in meetings hosted by colleagues or clients.
