Email notifications
Choose who receives meeting recaps.

Under Settings → Email notifications, set who email summaries get sent to:
Everyone on the invite (default) — every participant on the meeting invite receives the recap.
Only me and participants from my company — recaps go to you and teammates on your company domain, but not external attendees.
Only me — recaps go to you alone.
💡 Choose Only me and participants from my company for client or external calls where you don't want to auto-send notes to people outside your team.
